Summary:

Live Experience has an option where we can create keywords to be tagged to recordings to make it easy to search for a particular recording later. The creation of a keyword is straight forward, but how to tag it to a recording.

Content (required):

My Test user has Administrator, Associate and Supervisor roles assigned to it.

These are the Keywords created.


Now, the question is how to tag a recording of the engagement with the keyword.
