Alert based notifications in worklist is not showing claim button

edited Jun 10, 2023 10:41AM in Journeys 3 comments

Summary: We are using Journeys with Alert based notifications. Alert Task Assigned Combined Notification is assigning Journey tasks to both performer and owner.

Owner = Area of Responsibility -Preboarding Coordinator.

Performer = Pending Hire

We are not able to see Claim button in the worklist notification for the owner users who are setup based on AORs. Per documentation we see this

Task performers access tasks allocated to them from either the Journeys App, Onboarding App, or the Checklist Tasks App, depending on the checklist allocated to them. They can also directly go to the task page using the URL in the task notification page. If you assign a task to multiple performers, one of the performers can claim the task by accessing the notification.

Howdy, Stranger!
