Edit Dependent personalization

We need to hide Additional Info section when an employee adds/edits their dependent records in People to Cover.

Content (required):

I've created a rule under the People to Cover action in HCM Design Studio, set the Additional Info attribute visibility to Not Visible, published the sandbox. However, the Additional Info region is still visible when I edit a dependent.

Is there another action that i need to update to hide the Additional Info region on the dependent details page.
