API/HDL for Anytime feed document update

Please suggest on below scenario

Below are document properties:

Template Type: Anytime

Document Type : Continuous Performance Doc

Sections :Questionnaire 

Document status: Completed

We have anytime feedback document with Questionnaire  section for worker and manager with certain specific questions.

Based on the ratings and comments given by Manager a final score will be given for each workers documents , which will be processed outside the Fusion environment and again final value to be updated each workers anytime documents(Not calibrated) comments text converted into numeric ratings using AI &ML outside fusion.

Now we couldn't find any feasible options like API/HDL to establish the real-time data flow and updates.
