A way to bypass eligibility for an already allocated manual checklist

Hello,

I would like your opinion regarding the manual allocation of the checklist. Let me explain the concept.

A new pending worker is getting hired and he is stil in a pending worker status when he is getting manually allocated the onboarding checklist. In the manual allocation the pre-onboarding phases (which is normally triggered with the Add Pending Worker Action) and the onboarding phase ( which is normally triggered with the Hire Action) become available immediately. But for some reason, the person type has not been defined yet when the records were created and that pending worker was not able to view and have access to the tasks that required a certain person type to be eligible to
