How can we assign Journey step few days before the actual hire date?

Hi Team,

We do have a requirement where journey step need to be assigned to performer few days before the actual hire date.

Content (required):

As a part of Enterprise onboarding checklist, there are 3 Enterprise onboarding steps to it. 

Enterprise onboarding step 1 - to be assigned when pending worker profile is created

Enterprise onboarding step 2 - to be assigned 5 days before hire date Wherein the hire date of the employee can be updated till the actual start date of employee.

Enterprise onboarding step 3 - to be assigned on the actual hire date of the employee.

Please share your inputs if anyone got a similar requirement in their project.
