System Report Optimization

Summary: I have report that is prebuild (before my time). Is working in the console but not in the BUI and currently trying to find ways to rebuild or filter it to show in the BUI. No luck so far, when I add filters for each column in the report it stops working or the query is too big. I'm trying to make it to load in the BUI
