Auto enrollment for new hires

Hello All - We have an existing healthcare plan with multiple options attached to it. Employees above a particular grade are eligible for the health benefits in our organization.

Currently the new hires enroll themselves within the first 2 months by going to Benefits -> Start Enrollment. We would like to automatically enroll the new hires going forward into one particular option. Our benefits admin would later change the option or opt them out later if required.
