Is there a way to hide annual performance rating given to employee until a certain point in time?

Summary:

We are a pay-for-performance organization. We utilize Performance Documents for both periodic skills assessments and annual performance ratings. Employees do a self evaluation, and the managers complete their evaluation. We want to be able to hide the annual performance rating given to an employee until a certain date that HR controls. This date will coincide with the Workforce Compensation Annual Merit % increase and Bonus decisions which feed in the final performance rating submitted by managers. We do not want employees to see the final annual performance evaluation/rating until merit and bonus decisions are made.

Howdy, Stranger!
