how to add different attachment types name in a drop down list

Need to add a list of document types in a drop down so that the candidates can add the respective documents based on the labels available in the drop down list
Content (required):
We are looking for streamlining the Taleo process of candidates/crew members in updating and uploading their documents by them self . These documents include :-
- Passport
- Seamen book
- STCW certificates
- Visa
- SID
Implementing this feature will significantly reduce my team's workload. Additionally, we kindly request that the attachments uploaded by candidates are properly tagged with their respective labels for easy reference and retrieval. We can have them in PDF format.
