Restrict the employee self-appraisal for certain period
We have Annual Performance Cycle from 1-July to 30-June, and is divided into below phases -
- Planning Phase (Objective Setting): (July to September)
- Monitoring and Feedback Phase: Mid-year discussion by the end of January
- End-of-Year Performance Phase: (April to June)
So, currently as per the flow the objective setting and approval are getting completed in September. However, the next task (Employee self-appraisal) which normally should start in April Next year is Open. We want some way to restrict the employee to complete this task before a certain cut-off date. Is there a way to achieve this?
