Checklist Configuration - Making "archive after months" and "purge after months" no mandatoty

Hello,
After the 23B upgrade, we observed that, Under the Checklist, two attributes 'Archive after months" and "Purge after months" are made Mandatory.
If we are creating a new checklist or updating an existing checklist if asks to fill inputs in them to proceed further.

We basically want to make these two attributes non-mandatory like it was in 23A.
Please suggest steps to make these changes.
