Hi ,

We have Created 2 configurable forms for probation Journey

Created 2 DFF field with 4 values

1. 'Employee Confirmation' field- Confirmed, Not Confirmed

2. 'Not Confirmed' Field - Probation Extension, Termination Initiate

Upon Selecting either 'Confirmed' or 'Not Confirmed' values in the field 'Employee Confirmation' the related tasks are getting triggered however few additional tasks are also getting enabled. We have created separate fast formulas for both the values to activate related tasks.
