Can the service usage metrics reports be run via API and automated?

Summary:

Ive got anywhere from 20-30 active distinct instances and having to log into each and every one monthly to run the same report is a giant waste of time.

I cant see the reports in the explorer, because they are hidden i assume. Does anyone know the IDs for them and or if we can run/automate this via an api?
