Spend Authorization created by the user in the past is not visible in SA Dashboard

Summary:

Spend Authorization created by the user in the past (Approved) is not visible in Employee's Spend Authorization Dashboard. But the user is able to see when he click on see all on spend authorization

Content (required):

The created Spend authorizations aren't visible only 6 Spend Authorizations are shown as of now. But the user is able to see when he click on see all on spend authorization. The Spend Authorizations are created only in the past month but not visible on dashboard.

I'm specific because the close action is visible only on the Spend Authorization Dashboard page and not in the see all page.
