How to delete Charge Line created against Maintenance Work Order.

We have a requirement to eliminate the some of the Charges Line generated against the Maintenance Work Order. However, the Delete Button is Disabled for these Lines. Please suggest, how to enable the Delete Function, in order to delete some lines from the Charges pending for Posting?
