Expense Approval Based on Employee Grades

Summary:

Hi all, we have to ensure none of the line managers in HCM with Grade 3 and below can approve expense approvals due to the Finance policies. Therefore, any expense approvals must skip certain levels until it finds the minimum Job Grade i.e. Grade 4 to approve expense reports.

Is there such capability in Oracle Expense Cloud? Has anyone implemented this before?

We have a requirement to set a minimum job grade for expense approvers i.e. Grade 4

Say we have five grades in HCM:-

Grade 1 Non-Executive

Grade 2 Executive

Grade 3 Managers

Grade 4 Directors
