Need Advice on Benefits Open Enrollments
I need your advise on a situation with Benefits Open Enrollments.
We ran Benefits OE from 1st - 31st Oct effective 01/01/2024. Everything went well with OE. However, effective 1st Oct 2023, there was a salary change for ~4500 employees.
We need to reflect this salary change in Open Enrollments. But I'm not sure on the best approach to accomplish it
Please note that the salary change was done using HDL.
Please advise on the available options
- Trigger Salary Change life Event for the employees effective 1st Oct 2023
This will backout OE. So how to I process the backed out OE? The elections made by employees should be retained and Salary change should update the insurance coverage amount
