Manage Areaf of responsibilities in Journeys
Summary:
Hello everyone,
we are configuring Journeys for a client of ours and I have a question. I will explain our case below:
We have an employee with Human Resource Specialist data role with an associated Human resource representative type Area of Responsibility related to the legal entity he belongs to.
We are setting up a Joruney to create a new legal entity and we need to involve the same Human Resource Specialist, who will also have an area of responsibility regarding a Journey task.
could you confirm that it is not necessary to create a dedicated data role to differentiate the two but will simply flag Checklist in the Usage?
