How to assign/allocate journey surveys by job, location, department?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for ways to assign journey surveys by job, location and department.

Currently, we are only getting the options to assign journey surveys in two areas:

1. Checklist templates - Configure Criteria: the only options here are legal employer and business unit.

2. Journeys - Assign Survey: The only options here are to assign by select Person, Direct or Organization.

Does anyone have a workaround, HDL template, etc. that will allow us mass assign/allocate journey surveys to specific groups of people?
