PIP Process in Standard Performance Document
Summary:
We have a business requirement for the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process in Oracle HCM, Duration is three months. Within the first two months, the manager will review the PIP document. The manager will provide ratings (On-track and Off-track) for these goals, and the document will then go for approval to the HRBP. Afterward, there will be a final rating at the end of the third month and again it will go for approval. Is it possible to include two approvals? Manager should be able to create PIP process anytime throughout the year.
Can we utilize the Standard Performance document? Shall we create two performance documents (interim and final)?
