Access issue when employee clicks on the 'See What's needed' link in the Goals page

Hi experts,

I've created a custom Employee role which works effectively. However, when clicking on the 'See what's needed' link in the Goals page, this error occurs:

Can anyone helps? I've checked if the role has this function security policy (Manage Goal Management Notifications) and she has it.
