New Benefits rates values not reflecting on processed Open Life event

Hi,

We recently corrected our benefit rates as of 1/1/2024 which is a flat amount from 3.03 to 4.21 and we are seeing for the Open enrollment for 1/1/2024 which got already processed doesn't reflect the latest rate value. I understand since its already processed before the rate changes, current rates are not updated on the enrollment. Is there any process to update the same without back out the existing processed open enrollment.

Since when tried back out its updating all the elections made on the processed life event(Open) when we need that not be removed. Can any one help in understanding how to have this done in correct way.
