edited Jan 31, 2024 10:14AM in Compensation 2 comments

Summary:

After performance evaluation - Ratings are calibrated & 2 satndard columns are percentage of min & max target performance rating. Instead of percentage the client requires the number of employees that can be included in each rating range.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently the performance evaluation is going on for the client & once evaluation cycle is completed - the ratings are calibrated & is displayed under

My Client Group -> Compensation -> Act as proxy manager -> Performance Calibration, which is to be done by department heads

The standard calibration template has 5 columns, the client requires the number of employees to be displayed along with the percentage of min & max target performance rating. Quantitative Number based on total number of employees will give the idea of how many employees to categorize in each level. The computed fields of number of employees are missing in the table. Please guide us if anybody is aware of how to add number of employees column in this.

Howdy, Stranger!
