PO Implemented FYI Notification

Summary:

We have not yet opted in 24A features, but our PO Implemented FYI notification which generally buyer receives via email once PO get approved contains DRAFT version of PDF Copy in Email Attachment.

This is quiet strange as it has major impact from business point of view, we have workaround to download it from screen but why email is started sending DRAFT Copy?
