Best practice to remind pending workers and employees of pending journeys tasks

Summary:

Hello - we recently migrated to Journeys from Onboarding Checklists and realize that reminder notifications are no longer sending out. In checklist we had a combined notification that sent out daily with all pending tasks included. What is the best way to remind users (pending workers and employees) that they have pending tasks in journeys?

I have looked into Alerts Composer reminders - but it looks like it's set up on the task level and then the user would get a email per each tasks, which is too many.

I have looked into Nudges but I am not clear on how they work. Are nudges something I can have set up to work all the time? Will they send out to pending workers user account email? How do I test they effectively?

Howdy, Stranger!
