Posting adverts to selected candidates only

Summary:

Hello, not sure if we have asked this already - we have a few roles where we don't want to advertise to all external candidates but only selected few. what we did was to create a new career centre, post to this career centre and give the link to selected candidate. Is this the right way to go if we don't want others to see the posting?

Also, if we post Req 1 for example to this new Career Centre and gave the link to the candidate then posted another Req 2 to this same new career centre and give this to another candidate, will they only see the req they were given link to? We have a few different reqs now where we only want to invite different candidates but we dont want these candidates to see other req posted in that new career centre. Thanks
