Can we create strategies in Oracle fusion advance collections based on the customer site level DFFs?

We have a requirement to assign strategies to the customers based on the values coming from our upstream applications that are captured as DFFs in Oracle at the customer profile and site level. The option to create a rule based strategy based on the customer fields could not be found. Is this feasible ?
