Employee life event --update benefits enrollment-Admin Approval
Description (Required): Need the ability to trigger approval to Ben Admin to review and approve enrollments changes when an employee experiences a life event change.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Existing process:-
Today, Once new contacts are added by employee, The employee currently emails @benefits about the life event. Benefits team asks for documentation to verify life event and completes the life event enrollment changes in Oracle.
To be Process:-
When an employee experiences a life event, we want them to submit documentation, enter enrollment directly into Oracle and submits the enrollment changes. The Benefits team will review the documentation and approve the enrollment changes.
