Supplemental Employee Life and Supplemental Spouse Life not working as expected

Summary:

I have a requirement to update coverage amount to 65% of current coverage enrolled when an employee or spouse reaches 65.

We already have a rate variable profile defined, rate type. We have 13 different rate variables defined - rate will be a multiple factor of coverage amount. This part is working fine.

So, I created another coverage variable profile for employees or spouse exceeding 65 and attached the coverage. This would be coverage type. Please note, I did not see any need for other profiles to be created, since this side is only impacted when an employee reaches 65.

Coverages are selectable in an increment amount of $25,000 up to $2,000,000 for Employee Life and in an increment amount of $10,000 up to $250,000 for Spouse Life.
