How to add goal for an employee before hire date.

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement from a customer where the line manager needs to have access to add goals for a newly hired employee. However, the twist is that the employee is scheduled to be hired on a future date, and the manager must be able to set goals for the employee before that hiring date.

For Example:

Employee Hire Date: 20/08/2024.

Hire Action is taken on 15/08/2024, once the hiring action is taken, HR should be able to assign goal plan to the employee and later to this line manager should be able to the add goals for the employee.
