Performance Review not visible for Employee under Me>Career and Performance>Performance

Summary:

We are in the process of setting up performance reviews with Responsive. When a performance review is created, the employee cannot see it under Me>Career and Performance>Performance. In the pictures below under Me>Career and Performance, you can see that the employee can see the review in the summary area and click into the review. But if the employee goes into the Performance tile, the employee sees nothing but the Review Period. If the employee goes into My Team > Performance, the employee can see all the reviews for the direct reports.

We do use a custom employee role. But I have also tried the seeded employee role with the data security policy. I have also thrown these additional roles\privileges at the user without any luck. I just cannot figure out why the
