Audit trail needed for setup change to 'Manage Expenses System Options'

Hi, as part of Audit requirement, Business has been asked to provide the Audit trail for any updates happening for 'Manage Expenses System Options'.
However, there is no object/attribute that be enabled for this setup to track through Audit Reports.
Can you please confirm if this information can be tracked from Tables. If so, can you please share the Table where we can query from.
