FSA deduction not changing with life event post OE

Summary:

A group of employees are moving from semi-monthly to bi-weekly payroll effective 1/1/25. However, that change wasn't completed in HR until after Open Enrollment, so benefits needs to be updated so rates are correct.

The Benefits team doesn't want to reprocess Open Enrollment so we tried a life event as of 1/2/25. All other benefit rates recalculated as expected, but FSA did not change with the new payroll frequency. It stayed the same. If I reprocess OE, FSA does update correctly.

I'm trying to determine if I can get the separate 1/2/25 life event to work for all benefits correctly for their ease of mind.
