How to hide non-personal journeys from Line Managers in the explore tab?

How to hide non-personal journeys (organizational journeys like Offboarding, Onboarding etc ) from Line Managers in the explore tab? Customer wants only the HRs to assign these Journeys to the employees and not the Line Managers.

Line Managers should only be able to see their Personal Journeys in the Explore Tab. They should be able to Create Personal Journeys and assign the Personal Journeys to their reportees but not the Organization Journeys like Offboarding , Onboarding etc to their Reportees.
