Issue with Deferred Comp and IRA Plans Communicating Incorrect Amounts to Payroll After 01/01/2025
Summary:
We have identified an issue affecting the Deferred Compensation and IRA plans in Oracle Cloud HCM. Starting 01/01/2025, the amounts communicated from the benefits module to payroll do not match the expected amounts keyed into the benefits module.
Expected Behavior:
The system should transmit the exact amount specified in the benefits module to payroll without any unauthorized adjustments, as has been the case for transactions processed before 01/01/2025.
Issue:
For transactions on or after 01/01/2025, the amounts communicated to payroll undergo deductions before transmission. Below are detailed examples of this behavior in both our TEST and PRODUCTION environments:
