Best Practice: How to transfer employees from one performance plan to another

Summary:

Hello,

Our organization has identified a sub-population of employees currently assigned to our Corporate Performance Review and Goal Plans. This is because they are assigned the Corporate Holdings business unit on their assignment record, and as such fall within the eligibility profile criteria for the corporate plan.


The business has identified a population of ~30 employees who they would like to be transferred from the Corporate Performance Plan and Goal Plans to a separate active plan titled Commerce, with an effective date of 01/01/2025.


My question is: what is the best practice to successfully accomplish this performance and goal plan transfer? The business does not want this population of employees to see any Corporate performance documents or goals, only Commerce as of 01/01/2025.
