Scheduled Recurring journey not allocating (manual allocation also does not work for user)

We have Scheduled a Recurring Journey in our customer site and it stopped working on 1st December 2024. Wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue. We have an SR raised but it's been opened for a while now.

We have Scheduled a Recurring Journey in our customer site and it stopped working on 1st December 2024.

The feature is available under Explore > select a Journey > Assign > Repeat: Choose fields for Monthly on 1st for max length of time.

If you login to HR and check under the App > My Client Groups > Person Management Search employee > Task list: Allocated Checklists - the Journey has been allocated successfully.
