    • Hyperlink/error pop-up feature for OM extension related errors on Work Order Charges Redwood Page

    Summary:

    We have created OM extensions that trigger certain business validations for custom DFFs on Work Order Charges Redwood page. These validations get triggered on clicking Post Charges and Close button and any errors are currently logged in the ESS job log (and not displayed online on the page).

    In redwood page, currently when a Charge line fails with Error Sales Order status, it shows hyperlink and upon clicking that hyperlink, a pop-up is displayed with error message.

    Is it possible to make this feature available for the errors that are generated as part of groovy script/extension execution (for the validations that are triggered in OM extension during post charges). This would help the biller look at the error in the SL Redwood page instead of the ESS job log.
