How to combine an URL anchor link with a UTM parameter/token?

I have a URL with an anchor link and added this to my link table. however, the anchor tag disappears when I enable tracking. I researched and found out that the issue comes from where the “#” character is placed in the URL. When it appears in the middle, it conflicts with the tracking system. Hence, it is recommended to place the anchor tag at the end of the UTM parameters (e.g., https://www.mywebsite.com/abcd.html?utm_source=responsys&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=campaign_1#anchor).
