Redwood Benefits AI Agent - need help adding additional documents to Tool
Summary:
Hi, in working through setting up the Benefits AI Agent, I am having difficulty adding additional documents to the Tool. In the initial set up to test, I was able to successfully add two documents. Now when I go back it is not saving the documents.
Is it bec I didn't set up the Tool correctly? I added the initial documents as "Documents". When I've gone back to the instructions, is a "Document" actually a collection of "attachments"?
As you'll see I have multiple empty document rows as I'm unable to upload and save:
And when I edit one of the empty rows, I enter the name, description, and select the file and click Save but nothing happens. I go back in and it's blank.
