Redwood - how to remove auto approved life event in Benefits Activity Center

Hi

Hoping everyone is doing well!

We have not enabled the approval rules for Self Assigned Life event so when employee report as life event, its get auto approved. So when an employee creates a life event and Admin voided it due to some reason, employee should be able to report the life event again without any error. However, when employee is going to report a life event again, getting below error. Anyone else facing the same issue?
