Embedded Task Application not available under Advanced Task type

Summary:

We are trying to build an Embedded Application task for Payment Methods combined with a Electronic Signature and Report

When I select the Advanced Task type, Embedded Application Task type is not available but I see that Embedded Learning is an option.

Is there a reason Embedded Application Task type is excluded?
