Need to use a custom link in Pre-Onboarding journey reminder to direct Pending worker to login to Oracle HCM via OCI AIM (SSO account).
We cannot use BI Publisher for Reminder as it is not possible to customize it with a customer link.
We cannot use Alert Composer for Reminder as if we change it, it will impact all the other Journey Reminders.
We cannot use Nudges as they don't apply to Pending workers.
We seems not be able to deliver a simple requirement to send a reminder notification to Pending Workers with a custom link. The custom link is required to Pending workers to use SSO to login to Oracle Cloud HCM.
