Unable to Create DFF for RCL_ESTIMATE_HEADERS_B (Redwood Estimates)

Summary:

As part of the Redwood migration, we see a new table RCL_ESTIMATE_HEADERS_B introduced for Estimates.

We have a requirement to create a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) on this Estimates table. However, we are unable to find an option in Setup and Maintenance to create a DFF for this table.

Any guidance or documentation reference would be helpful.
