Feedback Center – Older Feedback Not Displaying (>30 days)

Manager is using Feedback Center, Manager can view individual feedback entries for direct reports when the date range is within the last 30 days.

However, when Manager extend the date range beyond 30 days:

  • The AI-generated summary is created
  • But individual feedback entries are not displayed
  • No error message appears

Question: Is this an expected system limitation or known issue? Are there any settings, privileges, or recommended workarounds to access older feedback?
