Trying to create an access token - the user name is not displaying in the list
I am trying to set up an access token for our vendor so they can switch to token based authentication. Unfortunately their login user name is not displaying in the drop down. Their is no direct help on the screen but in SuiteAnswers it just says "

On the Access Token page:

Select the Application Name.

Select the User.

Select the Role.

The Token Name is already populated by default with a concatenation of Application Name, User, and Role. Enter your own name for this token, if desired."

No other instruction. So, does anyone have an idea???:h_a_w:
