Export/Import COA from Production to Sandbox

Any way to create a saved search or report to export the COA that matches the import fields?  We've made numerous updates to our COA in production that I need to migrate over to the sandbox.  I can't do a Sandbox refresh since we don't want to lose Sandbox transactions.  I haven't been able to create a saved search with the same fields that are needed to do a full csv import into the Sandbox  (subaccount of, related expense account, account).

Any ideas out there?
