Reporting Training / Classes

Hi All,

Our company just implemented NetSuite and I'm finding that we don't have a good understanding of how to write reports. We'd like to get a crash course in fundamentals. As it is now, we can have our support reps show us how to create a report, but we can't always recreate it or create something similar because we don't yet have that basic understanding.

My question is this,

Has anyone taken the SuiteAnalytics courses?
Has anyone taken a different type of course?
How did you learn to use the reporting features?

We don't mind spending some money on this, but I'm doing this research so we can get the best bang for our buck. After spending a lot of time and money on NetSuite I want to make sure that my team can get the most out of it.
