Customer Center Dashboard

Is there any way to add/remove links on the Customer Center dashboard?

While customizing the online case forms, there is a field "Custom Form", which should allow the customers to change the form. But somehow it is not working. Why are some fields available while customizing, if Netsuite has blocked them from the Customer Center?

We have created different customized forms for support cases. The links to these forms are given through a new Tab which we have added to the center. The "Contact Support" link on the dashboard takes the user to the default form, where he does not have ability to change the form.
